Triglyceride Study

There is evidence that shows a relationship between high triglyceride levels and cardiovascular disease. And with over 32.2% of adults having high triglyceride levels, there is a growing demand for alternatives to pharmaceuticals for optimizing cardiovascular health.

KGK Science and its partner clinic, the 91ÇÑ×Ó in Toronto, ON, is pleased to offer you the opportunity to participate in a novel study that will look at how an all-natural product sourced from yeast may help to establish optimal triglyceride levels.

Participant responsibilities:

This is a randomized placebo controlled study involving blood draws and other physical exams including an electrocardiogram (ECG). Complete three online questionnaires.

Ideal participants are:

  • Men & Women between the ages of 30-70
  • Experiencing high triglyceride levels
  • Sedentary or engaged in low daily activity
  • BMI of 20 – 32.5 kg/m2

Duration:

This study will require five short visits at the Toronto clinic over a few months.

Remuneration:

$400 total for completion of all study visits. All participants are monitored and services are provided at no cost to participants.

Diagnosis:

Elevated triglycerides (a component of high cholesterol).
